As Key Account & Contract Manager you combine strategic account management with hands-on contract work: you build long-term relationships with satellite operators and agencies and keep our commercial agreements clean, compliant and moving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for strategic customers in the space and satellite industry
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with satellite operators, space agencies and commercial space companies
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from proposal support through negotiation, execution and closeout
  • Review and interpret contract terms, conditions and technical requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings
  • Coordinate with engineering and program management for contract fulfillment

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree in business administration, engineering, aerospace or a related field
  • First experience in account management, sales or contract administration (internships count)
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and German

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Understanding of the space industry, satellite operations or space technology
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured contract work
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on building trust and delivering value

Additional Requirements

  • Based in Bremen with hybrid work from office and home
  • Some of our work touches dual-use technology governed by EU export-control regulations; candidates must be able to comply with applicable EU export-control requirements.
