As Key Account & Contract Manager you combine strategic account management with hands-on contract work: you build long-term relationships with satellite operators and agencies and keep our commercial agreements clean, compliant and moving.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for strategic customers in the space and satellite industry
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with satellite operators, space agencies and commercial space companies
- Manage the contract lifecycle from proposal support through negotiation, execution and closeout
- Review and interpret contract terms, conditions and technical requirements
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings
- Coordinate with engineering and program management for contract fulfillment
Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a degree in business administration, engineering, aerospace or a related field
- First experience in account management, sales or contract administration (internships count)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the space industry, satellite operations or space technology
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured contract work
- Customer-centric mindset focused on building trust and delivering value
Additional Requirements
- Based in Bremen with hybrid work from office and home
- Some of our work touches dual-use technology governed by EU export-control regulations; candidates must be able to comply with applicable EU export-control requirements.
