Website terms of use
These terms apply to the public website akilaris.com and free protected account areas.
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Akilaris UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Clockwise, Martinistraße 62–66, 28195 Bremen, Germany. Product demonstrations, pilots, consulting, software or space services are provided only under a separate offer or agreement. There is currently no public paid self-service checkout on this website.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website only in accordance with applicable law. Unauthorised access attempts, bypassing security, automated overload, malicious code and use that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
3. Accounts
Where an account area is offered, registration information must be accurate and credentials kept secure. Notify us immediately of suspected misuse. We may temporarily suspend access for security risks or material violations. Permanent termination remains subject to existing contracts and legal duties.
4. Content and intellectual property
Text, design, software, images, marks and other content are legally protected. Normal viewing and technically necessary caching are permitted. Further use requires statutory permission or prior consent from the relevant rights holder.
5. Information, simulations and external links
Website content, visualisations and simulations are provided for general information and demonstration. They are not operational manoeuvre approval, a safety guarantee or case-specific professional advice. External services are governed by their providers’ terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for secure and stable operation but do not promise a particular availability, response time or unchanged functionality for this free website. Security, maintenance and development may temporarily restrict features. Contracted services are governed by their separate agreements.
7. Liability
We remain fully liable for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and within expressly assumed guarantees. For slight negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to damage typically foreseeable. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Privacy
Information on personal-data processing is available in our privacy notice.
9. Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in a consumer’s habitual country of residence remain unaffected. Exclusive venue in Bremen applies only where legally valid, in particular for merchants and legal entities.
10. Changes to these terms
Changes apply only to future use. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Existing agreements are not amended unilaterally by these website terms.
